Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
This site belongs to Matt Twort (ABN 36 830 362 253), a freelance lifecycle marketer in Melbourne. This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what happens to it.
What I collect
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message.
If you arrive through a personalised link, your first name or company may be in the web address. It is used only to personalise the page in your browser. It is not stored or sent anywhere.
The site counts visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It uses no cookies and does not identify you. It records things like the page viewed, the referring site, and your browser, device type and country.
If you play Inbox Catch, your best score is saved in your own browser. It never leaves your device.
How I use it
I use enquiry details only to reply to you and to discuss working together. I won't add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check on the contact form (Turnstile). Enquiries are delivered to my inbox by Resend. These services may process data outside Australia.
Booking a call
The "Book a call" buttons open Google Calendar's booking page. Anything you enter there is handled under Google's privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for as long as they're useful for our working relationship, then delete them. Ask any time and I'll delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing matt@twort.com.au. I'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
